Company Secretarial Assistant
A growing professional services firm is seeking a detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis in Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in company law and compliance to develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of company secretarial and compliance responsibilities, including maintaining statutory registers, preparing and filing documents with Companies House, and supporting the incorporation of new companies. You'll also provide administrative support to the wider team and contribute to ensuring clients remain fully compliant with UK regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with company formations and filings
- Maintain statutory records and registers
- Support the delivery of compliance and secretarial services
- Liaise with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- Knowledge of company law, compliance, and company secretarial duties
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
