Sense has an exciting opportunity to join the People Administration Team based at Selly Oak, Birmingham. This is a 9-month fixed term contract working 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid basis in the office.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same – you’ll be involved in a variety of key areas including Learning and Development administration, shared inbox management, and more.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience of working in a fast-moving administrative team, ideally supporting a multi-site organisation within a Training, Learning and Development, or HR function.
  • Experience in managing a shared inbox, with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to a range of internal and external enquiries.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service across different communication channels – in person, by phone, and via email – with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and take ownership for the accuracy and quality of your work.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information, with up-to-date knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
  • Confident IT skills, including word processing, mail merge, and a working knowledge of spreadsheets.
