  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and customer requirements.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through to launch, maturity, and end-of-life.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to product development.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align product direction to market dynamics and customer expectations.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Proficient in data analysis, market research, and pricing strategy.

What’s in It for You:

  • A key position in shaping the future of an essential product category in a respected, innovation-driven business.

  • Opportunity to lead initiatives that impact thousands of professionals and installations nationwide.
