The Role
Commercial Litigation - Senior/Principal Associate

They handle a wide variety of challenging and rewarding disputes, including contractual claims, professional negligence, shareholder and partnership disputes, fraud and asset recovery, and contentious regulatory matters.
Key areas of work include handling complex contractual and commercial disputes, shareholder, partnership, and director conflicts, professional negligence claims, fraud and asset recovery matters, and contentious regulatory issues, ensuring comprehensive support for clients facing high-stakes and sensitive matters.
The role offers significant scope for progression, with the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile disputes while collaborating closely with expert partners and multidisciplinary teams. You will also have the chance to lead client relationships, contribute to business development, and help shape the future of the team.
The Candidate
- 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution from a leading firm
- Experience managing complex, high-value cases and delivering excellent results for clients
- A strong academic record and a commercially focused mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members is desirable
