The Role – Logistics Quality Assurer (IQA):As an Logistics QA, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across vocational and apprenticeship programmes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Observing and supporting tutors and coaches in both classroom and workplace settings

  • Organising and facilitating standardisation activities

  • Monitoring assessment documentation for accuracy and compliance

  • Conducting learner, mentor, and employer interviews to evaluate the quality of delivery

  • Completing quality sampling and intervention reports

  • Using data to identify trends and inform curriculum improvements

  • Supporting training and CPD initiatives for delivery teams

  • Working closely with managers to ensure high standards and learner progress

  • Supporting commercial course quality assurance activities

  • Ensuring all quality assurance practices meet internal and external requirements

The Ideal Candidate:You’re a strong communicator with a positive and proactive attitude. You’re passionate about education, committed to equality and diversity, and take pride in promoting quality and consistency in learning. You will bring:

  • A recognised IQA qualification (TAQA Level 4, V1, or equivalent)

  • A recognised assessor qualification (TAQA, D32/D33, or equivalent)

  • Experience in quality assurance, assessment, teaching, or coaching

  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and vocational programmes

  • Understanding of compliance frameworks, Ofsted EIF, and Safeguarding/Prevent

  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and IT skills

  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement

  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required
