With a growing international footprint and backing from key government initiatives, this company is delivering next-generation DC charging infrastructure across the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of new product system architectures, creating documentation to define detailed engineering requirements

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure appropriate component specifications and quality procedures are in place

  • Conduct system performance analysis and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and in-service availability

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support product certification, compliance, and operation

  • Provide performance reporting and data-driven insights to improve system uptime and long-term reliability

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience in system integration, ideally within energy storage, EV charging, or solar power systems

  • Strong grasp of system architecture development, engineering processes, and product validation cycles

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities within a dynamic environment

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in solar and battery-to-grid connection schemes

  • Familiarity with EV charging communication protocols and integration

  • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams to support product development and field validation
