Job Description

About Healthyat100:

At Healthyat100, we’re on a mission to revolutionise personal healthcare. We’re not just about treating illness — we’re about empowering people to live their healthiest, happiest lives, for longer. Our cutting-edge solutions combine advanced diagnostics (like medical scans, blood panels, and genetic testing) with tailored support services, including expert advice from doctors, nutritionists, and personal trainers. We provide people with the metrics and the insights they need to proactively manage their health and maximise their performance.

As a fast-growing, innovative start-up in the heart of Birmingham, we’re passionate about creating a future where everyone can extend their healthy, happy years. Our team is dynamic, forward-thinking, and eager to disrupt the world of healthcare. We believe that with the right approach, we can help people live healthier and more fulfilled lives at every stage.

About the Role:

We are early in our journey. We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Operations Lead to join our team. Our founders each have over 2 decades of medical experience and growing successful start-ups. This is a unique opportunity for someone with 1-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or the start-up world to make a real impact. You’ll play a crucial role in driving the smooth running of our operations, ensuring our services are delivered seamlessly, and helping us scale efficiently as we grow.

As our Operations Lead, you’ll be at the heart of the business—leading day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and helping build systems that support our ambitious goals. You’ll work closely with the whole team to ensure our customer experience is second to none and that we continue to scale at speed without compromising on quality.

The salary will be £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Together with the team, set up and develop our day-to-day operations. With support from the senior team, you will help identify the right tools and build the processes to create an amazing end-to-end customer journey.

  • Take ownership of tracking what point customers are at in our health programmes and be the lead point of contact when it comes to queries & support.

  • Optimise workflows, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Work with key partners, including laboratories, personal trainers & nutritionists to ensure that everything is happening when it needs to happen.

  • Analyse data and key metrics to identify trends in operations and customer experience. Make data-driven recommendations to make customers feel beautifully looked after and wowed by our health insights.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 1-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field.

  • A self-starter with an eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a passion for problem-solving

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—able to collaborate with a variety of teams and external partners.

  • A passion for health and wellness, with an eagerness to contribute to a mission that helps people live their healthiest lives.

  • Ideally based in the Birmingham area, as we work flexibly but you will need to be able to attend occasional in-person meetings and work with the team in the area.

Please share a cover letter with us as part of your application. You can apply directly to us at ****@healthyat100.com.

What We Offer:

  • Fast-track career growth at the Epicentre of HealthTech: Be part of a company that is at the forefront of revolutionising personal healthcare and maximising performance. A unique opportunity to build a career in health tech and gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, as part of a team with decades of start-up experience.

  • EMI Share Options once set up — an opportunity to share in the future success of the business.

  • Part time & flexible working options: This role can be full or part time. We work flexibly from home, with occasional travel to the Birmingham office.

  • A collaborative and empowered culture: A supportive, collaborative team culture - We all get stuck in and value everyone’s voice.

  • Join our mission: The chance to work on something truly meaningful—helping people extend their healthy, happy years.

If you're excited by the opportunity to shape the future of personal healthcare and want to be part of a passionate, ambitious team, we want to hear from you!
