  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and performance terms, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

  • Manage the transition from acquisition to account management with a focus on long-term success.

  • Collaborate with marketing and account teams to ensure campaign alignment with client goals.

  • Provide sales forecasts, performance updates, and insights to senior leadership.

  • Use CRM tools to track leads, sales metrics, and campaign performance.

  • Conduct market research to inform positioning and sales targeting.

  • Guide clients through onboarding, invoicing, and project scoping processes.

  • Partner with account teams where needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or notable industry experience).

  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.

  • Strong understanding of growth marketing and digital services.

  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing high-value client accounts.

  • Proficient in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Comfortable working across time zones and engaging with cross-functional teams remotely.

On Offer
