Looking to step into a permanent role with a respected contractor delivering major schemes across the UK? We're working with a leading contractor that's expanding their pre-construction team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Estimator to take the lead on complex projects across multiple sectors, with full support from a collaborative and forward-thinking team. The Role: As an Estimator, you'll be at the heart of the bid process - developing accurate, competitive, and innovative cost plans and tenders. Working closely with pre-construction, design, and delivery teams, you'll play a key role in shaping commercially sound solutions that win work and drive growth. This is more than just pricing - it's about bringing market intelligence, understanding risk, and adding strategic value.
