Property Management Surveyor - #1662009

A medium-sized, privately owned property Asset Management business with a growing portfolio and a strong base in Birmingham. As they continue to expand across the UK, they're looking for a Property Management Surveyor to join the close-knit team. This isn’t a role where you’ll be buried in process or waiting years to be trusted — they're big enough to give you great exposure, but small enough to let you get on with it. What you’ll get:

The current setup: A growing team with a mix of senior and junior surveyors, supported by in-house finance, admin, and credit teams based in Birmingham. Day-to-day, you’d be working alongside experienced Associate Directors and other surveyors — learning on the job, managing your own projects, and building relationships across the business. Depending on your level, you’d be supported by more senior colleagues or have the chance to take the lead yourself. Who we’re looking for
