Key Account Manager – Construction
Location: Remote
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Package: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits + EV Car Scheme

We’re working with a leading provider of innovative construction solutions that’s looking for a Key Account Manager to nurture high-value client relationships and drive commercial growth across their waterproofing systems division. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and loyalty
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to align with customer goals
- Identify new revenue streams and cross-sell opportunities across business units
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met
- Monitor account performance and contribute to pipeline and forecasting insights
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a similar key account or client management role
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills across all levels
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, solutions-based approach
- Confident in managing multiple priorities and working independently
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally
Bonus Points For:
- Background in construction, building products, or technical sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales reporting
- A-Level education or equivalent (preferred)
