This role sits at the heart of reward governance, supporting the Head of Reward and Payroll and engaging closely with executive leadership and governance committees.

The role demands a confident reward professional who is comfortable managing senior-level remuneration activity, has sound judgement, and can operate with discretion, integrity and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the ongoing development and delivery of the organisation’s executive reward strategy.

Lead the governance and management of senior and executive reward packages within agreed frameworks.

Draft, present, and deliver reward-related proposals and papers for the People Committee and other governance forums.

Oversee the design and implementation of annual incentive plans and pay reviews for senior roles.

Maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, governance members, and external partners.

Proven ability to work across senior leadership and influence at all levels.

Why This Role?

This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in delivering fair, modern and effective executive reward practices. It offers the opportunity to work at the centre of a people-focused function, supporting strategic decision-making while building trusted relationships at the highest levels.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team where your expertise and judgement will be valued, and your work will directly contribute to the organisation’s long-term success.
