About Our Client


Our client is a prestigious player in the industrial and manufacturing sector. As a large organisation, they have a well-established presence in the industry and a reputation for their commitment to innovation and quality. They are situated in the end of Central Birmingham with strong transport links. Please note this role will be based on-site 2 days a week and working from home 3 days.


Job Description


The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for:



  • Developing and implementing the company's e-commerce strategy to drive online sales

  • Improving the online customer experience and engagement

  • Managing and optimising the company's e-commerce platforms

  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of e-commerce activities

  • Collaborating with the digital team to develop digital marketing strategies

  • Overseeing the processing and delivery of online orders

  • Ensuring the e-commerce platform is secure and user-friendly

  • Staying informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and digital technologies


The Successful Applicant


A successful E-Commerce Manager should have:



  • A degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar role

  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon and Amazon marketplace

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics tools

  • Solid understanding of web design and web analysis

  • Proficiency in project management and team leadership

  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills

  • The ability to work from their Birmingham offices 2 days a week - Mondays and Tuesdays
