Based at our cutting-edge Head Office in The Mailbox, Birmingham, this full-time, permanent role puts you at the heart of our ‘phone call first' philosophy, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of personalised service.
In this exciting role, you will manage a portfolio of top-tier clients, helping them grow and refine their art collections with us. You'll identify opportunities within our existing database, develop meaningful relationships, and curate unique art experiences with those clients. What The Role Requires
- Expertise in proactively calling clients to discuss art and artists in a knowledgeable, credible manner through various communication channels utilising exceptional knowledge of our art, artists, and the wider art market (with ongoing training provided).
- The ability to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring they are kept informed of new opportunities, tailored to their individual collection-building needs.
- Confidence to identify opportunities to meet clients face-to-face and maximise each interaction to further sales potential whilst consistently striving to enhance the client's buying experience.
- The ability to work with the Art Consultant team to identify and develop clients with potential to elevate their collections, creating tailored development plans, and providing exceptional customer service in line with our Brand.
- A desire to attend artist events and shows to foster relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Confidence to build strong relationships with internal departments (Order Processing, Gallery Services, Logistics, Artist Management) to ensure smooth operational processes and client satisfaction.
- A salary of £33,000 plus excellent commission and bonus structure (£55K OTE)

- 28 days initial holiday allowance, plus 1 additional day for each year of service (to a maximum of 33 days per annum)
- Previous track record of sales within a luxury retail environment.
- Experience in working towards stretching seven-figure annual sales targets.
- Previous phone sales experience would be advantageous for this role.
- A proactive, upbeat, and results-focused personality with a desire to seek out sales opportunities
- Driven and ambitious, thorough and organised attitude to day-to-day tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
