Summary

We are seeking two experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team for projects north and south of Birmingham. Each of these positions would be suitable to people based around Birmingham, Wolverhampton, South Birmingham and Coventry.

What Youll Do
Preferably a Mechanical background / bias, however, should have an understanding and be comfortable managing Electrical trades.
Residential, Commercial, and Industrial experience.
Consult closely with the site construction team Conversant and ability to manage specialist MEP trades, BMS Systems, Smoke Ventilation, Sprinklers, etc.
Should hold knowledge and experience of incoming Mechanical & Electrical Services.
Hold and chair regular design review and progress meetings.
Understand programmes and produce project programmes, measure ongoing site progress, and develop short term programmes.
Be capable of understanding drawings, specifications, and design detail and able to procure plant and sub-contractors to suit.
Be capable of producing monthly reports, detailing progress, cost, programme, quality, and Health & Safety.
Provide quality reports.
Assist the MEP commercial team with compiling monthly costs reports.
Manage client and sub- contract variations.
Attend client, team, and Contract Review meetings.
Assess sub-contractor RAMS and quality plans.
Ensure work faces are available in accordance with the programme.
Collate and manage Operating & Maintenance manuals.
What Were Looking For
Skills and Experience
A minimum of 10 years project experience, preferably from an established MEP business.
ONC or HNC Building Service qualification or equivalent experience.
