This is a 12 months fixed-term contract for a Maternity cover (FTC), working 37.5 hours per week. As a Registered Care Manager,you will earn £33,730 per annum, depending on the service and role level. Additionally, you'll have thefantastic opportunity to join our on-call program, earning £250 per week (at £50 per night). When you join Sense, you'll haveaccess to a variety of support functionsto assist you in your role.
This is a 6 bedded service where we support 5 individuals with a range of complex needs, including sensory loses and learning disabilities.
In this position, you willoversee the daily operations of a responsive, innovative, and high-quality servicethat meets our standards. You will effectively manage a dedicated team, including a Deputy Manager and Support Workers, and be responsible for tasks such as rotas, supervising and mentoring the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained which guarantees compliance.

Requirements For The Role
- Prior experience of working in a Social Care setting such as Community/Residential/Supported Living is essential.
- Knowledge of multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities is desirable.
- A full manual UK driving licence desirable- we have manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
