The role

Operational management and leadership of the installation and maintenance business covering all aspects of electrical installation and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements

• Ensuring all staff put the client at the heart of everything the company provides.


• Engaging the engineering and admin team to be more pro-active and efficient through coaching and mentoring


• Implementation of fleet management system


• Instigate the overhaul of the operational system to streamline working processes.


• Reporting directly into the Commercial Director of the division


• Support business development where applicable of existing and new clients.


• Completion of PQQ’s and production of tender documents in conjunction with commercial director


• Aid support with presenting to any potential new clients.


• Day to day management of the customer service helpdesk and field engineering team

• Previous experience of managing a service and maintenance business
