Senior Software Engineer - Machine Learning - #1114758

Senior Software Engineer with strong commercial Machine Learning experience required for a defence & security Machine Learning company. As part of this role, you will be put through SC Clearance (and ideally, also DV clearance), so you must be eligible for these to apply. This role can be worked remotely from within the UK, however you must be able to travel to client sites when required (roughly 1 week every 2 months)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working as part of a fantastic, up to date technical environment based around Machine Learning and AI, using Python. You will be client facing and therefore working on a range of innovation projects based around AI/ML, science, and data. Primary technologies used are Python, Typescript/JavaScript, and Kubernetes, as well as production use of ML, so a proficiency in these is required

This is a Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead level role, so some experience architecting scalable systems within a modern Devops environment is desirable

Senior Software Engineer essential skills

Minimum 5 years career experience, ideally using Python as your primary development language

Commercial production experience with Machine Learning (ML) and AI is important

Strong commercial experience with Typescript and JavaScript

You must be comfortable with Kubernetes and the modern Devops environment
