Our client is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join their team at a brand new hospital situated south of Birmingham City Centre. This role not only provides an attractive salary of up to £40,455 and a £5,000 joining bonus but also offers the exciting chance to be part of a growing team in a stunning location
With thirty-three beds across three wards, the hospital provides a range of inpatient services, as well as a large outpatient department and regional conference facilities. Under the guidance of a new, experienced Senior Management Team
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:
Deliver high quality, service user-focused care
Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
Promote the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service

The ideal Senior Staff Nurse candidate should have:
An active NMC PIN with 12 months post-qualifying experience
Relevant clinical experience
A positive attitude and dedication to change, improvement and quality
The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
