Head of Finance and Operations - #1099018

An experienced and qualified Head of Finance and Operations is required for a leading company based near Coventry. The successful candidate will have a varied position in ensuring the smooth running of the accounts function along with having responsibility for a small operations team. This role will ensure the smooth running of business operations and will provide strong leadership for several functions across the business



Hybrid working is available with 3 days in the office

Location – Coventry



Salary – up to £65,000 plus a superb benefits package is available;



What you will be doing:



Management of day to day financial activities

Operations management including facilities, IT, data

Financial reporting

Budgetary management

Forecasting

Year end 

Payroll

Providing strong leadership across several business operations teams

What you will need:



Experience within a similar position

Relevant accountancy qualification ACA / ACCA / COMA

Strong leadership / management skills
